ResponsibilitiesnAccording to the company's overall plan, design business development strategy and plan, along with resources requirement, with a clear annual/quarter goal and milestones.

Achieve sales targets, and be responsible for Country performance.nIdentify key partners and accounts, with the intention to create business growth opportunities.nBuild long-term trusting relationship with key partners/accounts.nCollect first-hand market intelligence and industry insights through communication and relationships within industry.nLead local BD teams and create new business opportunities and explore new potential strategies and models.nCoordinate internally with other departments/key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of partnership product/services.

nDevelop and implement marketing campaign plans, promote the company and products, and enhance brand image;


RequirementsnProven work experience in sales and/or business development role.nExisting relationship and sales record to municipalities/large real-estate/logistics/facility management/sweeping contractor companies.nExisting connection and knowhow about cleaning and road sweeping industry.nBe familiar with the trade process between China and Europe, understanding the cultures and differences between the two regionals, and possessing deep social resources.nFamiliarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).nUnderstanding of sales performance metrics.nExcellent communication and negotiation skills and team cooperation skills.nFluent English and Mandarin.

Italiano/Spanish/French is a plus.
