  • The team is currently seeking an Ad Monetization Sales Manager with a solid background in online (sports) publishing. Your main responsibility will be to spearhead advertising sales in the EMEA region through direct, programmatic guaranteed, and private marketplace deals, aiming to establish a steady and sustainable demand for their expanding ad inventory.


Your Role


  • As the Ad Monetization Sales Manager, you will play a prominent role within the team by leading advertising sales in the EMEA region. Leveraging your experience in online publishing, you will drive direct, programmatic guaranteed, and private marketplace deals.
  • Utilizing your existing network, you will nurture relationships, form collaborations with brands and agencies, create channels, and offer advice on optimal strategies to rights holders, ensuring the success of campaigns from the initial introduction to finalized agreements.
  • Your keen focus on industry metrics and your contribution to the company's brand growth will position you as a crucial element in the company's quest to revolutionize sports marketing.

About You


  • Experience working on the online publishing side, preferably within the realm of sports.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling premium digital ad inventory, with a specific emphasis on digital and video content.
  • A proven and updated network of key decision-makers and influencers throughout the EMEA digital sports advertising landscape, including agencies, channels, and brands.
  • Strong connections with programmatic demand partners in the EMEA region.
  • Understanding of demand acquisition deal processes, lead generation, pilot structures, and funnel stages.
  • In-depth familiarity with campaign objectives in digital advertising, relevant metrics, deal structures, and revenue sharing standards.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard measurement protocols and advertising technology stacks.
