JEA Vehicle Programme Business Analyst based within the upfront Digital (IT) delivery team.

Skills Required:

  • Clear communication.
  • Requirements
  • Capture Process Mapping.

Experience Required:

  • Proven Business Analyst with track record of delivery (ideally in the manufacturing environment).
  • Methodical detailed approach to work context.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify how one issue can impact on another and put in place the required interventions through support or from own knowledge base.
  • Strong process mapping skills.
  • Structured analysis.
  • Ability to manage significant risks and issues.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Ability to work to tight timescales.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Formal Business Analyst qualification.

Experience Preferred:

  • Manufacturing IT background (not essential).
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
