As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial control of future vehicle programmes and ensuring they are planned and delivered in line with our strategic objectives.
About the Role- Lead the financial control of all programmes within a defined car-line, ensuring they are planned and delivered in line with Aston Martin's strategic objectives and Business Plan.
- Collaborate with colleagues within Vehicle Programme Finance and other areas of Finance to continually improve Finance processes and ensure best practices are deployed across the department.
- Provide leadership and development of more junior members of the Vehicle Programme Finance team.
- Manage a team of 2 analysts, reporting to Senior Manager - Finance Vehicle Life Cycle.
- Certified in Management Accounting (CIMA) or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualified
- Proven experience in programme management
- Strong relationship management skills
- Previous people management experience in a fast-paced environment
