We are seeking talented individuals to join our Programme Management Graduate Programme, a two-year development programme designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
About the ProgrammeAs a Programme Management Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects across Jaguar Land Rover, gaining valuable experience and developing your skills in programme management, leadership, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Support the integration of programme teams to deliver commercially successful products on time and to quality standards
- Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritise programme requirements and deliverables
- Develop and implement programme management plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure programme deliverables are met
