Building trust with internal stakeholders is crucial for providing financial insights and addressing programme needs, making your project management and business collaboration skills vital.
Working in an agile environment as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will influence the advancement of assigned projects. Your self-motivated approach will be key to your success as a Financial Operations Analyst at Aston Martin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in achieving key investment, material, and inventory cost objectives within the Vehicle Life Cycle, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
- Support planning and forecasting efforts to fulfill the Business Plan.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet and exceed Budget and Business Plan goals.
- Oversee project financial management, including expenditure requests and budget modifications.
- Prepare and evaluate monthly management reports across projects [Resource, Profitability, CAPEX, etc.].
- Manage capital and expense project approvals, budgeting, and forecasting.
As part of a team of 15 professionals, you will report to the Senior Manager – Finance Operations. Given the sensitive nature of the projects, your presence in the office is essential for liaising with internal clients. A minimum of two days per week at our headquarters is expected.

A high proficiency in Excel, along with experience in working with accounting ERPs, is also essential.
