About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Executive Director, Vehicle Programmes. This is a critical role that requires a high level of flexibility and comes with significant responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Executive Director's diary, prioritising key business activities and liaising with stakeholders, suppliers, and management.
  • Assist with inbox management, including responding to emails, managing paperwork, and following up on actions.
  • Work closely with the Business Office Senior Manager to maximise the impact of the Executive Director in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Provide direction on priorities, including supporting paperwork and deadlines, and make recommendations to the Executive Director.
  • Arrange and attend team meetings, taking minutes and completing follow-up actions.
Requirements
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt style and behaviour when dealing with different people and circumstances.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to deliver quality and consistency in a complex and demanding environment.
  • Agility and flexibility, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
