Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement testing initiatives to measure effectiveness against established benchmarks.
• Oversee data gathering and analytical techniques, including statistical methods, to produce comprehensive reports aimed at enhancing interface systems.
• Collaborate within an agile team to conceptualize advancements for future automotive solutions.
• Organize project sprints, formulate testing criteria, and execute an ongoing evaluation strategy to review user interface proposals.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in fields such as Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design (focusing on user interfaces), Psychology, or Human Factors / Ergonomics, with a keen interest in user behavior in practical settings.
• An advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Psychology, or Human Factors is preferred.
• Experience in design within the automotive or consumer electronics sectors is advantageous.
