We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Executive Director, Vehicle Programmes. This is a critical role that requires a high level of flexibility and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Executive Director's diary, prioritising key business activities and liaising with stakeholders.
- Assist with inbox management, including responding to emails and managing paperwork.
- Work closely with the Business Office Senior Manager to maximise the impact of the Director in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide administrative support, including travel arrangements and document management.
- Attend team meetings and take minutes, ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a complex, demanding environment and adapt to different situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
