Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of EMA BEV Battery Unit programmes and their interdependencies in support of Jaguar Land Rover's strategy for our future range of electrified vehicles.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders from all areas of the business to ensure programmes are delivered to cost, quality, and time.
  • Provide support and assistance of projects utilising project management techniques to ensure the planned outputs to support the delivery of battery unit programmes.
  • Coordinate the reporting of key programme metrics as defined by the area.
  • Use standardised project management tools to support a smooth project delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience of process improvement and working in a project support role in Manufacturing or Engineering.
  • Degree or relevant equivalent experience preferred.
  • Analytical skills to identify how one issue can impact on another and put in place the required interventions through support or from own knowledge base.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience of stakeholder management.
