Job Summary: As a Launch Programme Coordinator at Aston Martin, you will play a crucial role in managing the introduction of new models into the supply chain. Key responsibilities include coordinating material and logistics aspects, ensuring timely delivery of programmes, and working with suppliers to resolve potential issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the open to go and master schedule processes for new model programmes.
  • Approve Engineering Release packs and attend reviews to assess impact of change.
  • Calculate and apply costings to Engineering Release packs.
  • Set timing of ERN Introduction dates to control MRP run-out of old level parts.
  • Work with the LLP to manage the introduction of engineering changes for new model launches.
  • Run Open to go parts readiness meetings and track parts status.
  • Report on launch parts progress and present in programme meetings.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure readiness for production build requirements.
  • Represent Supply Chain in launch meetings.

Requirements:
  • Bill of Materials / Engineering change management experience.
  • Material planning experience.
  • Previous experience managing suppliers.
  • Knowledge of 3PL/LLP and warehouse management.
  • Ability to communicate and work efficiently in a cross-functional team.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
  • Strong organisational skills and data analysis abilities.
