Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Engineer to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover. As a Product Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mechatronic systems that meet the high standards of our luxury vehicles.

Our Product Development Engineers work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge products that exceed customer expectations. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about creating exceptional driving experiences.

As a Product Development Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from concept design to production launch. You will be responsible for leading the development of mechatronic systems, including hardware and software integration, testing, and validation.

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, plus a £2,000 joining bonus. Our graduate programme includes a bespoke learning programme designed in partnership with Ashorne Hill, as well as dedicated off-the-job learning time and the support of our Early Careers Delivery team.

Our ideal candidate will hold or be on track to achieve at least a degree in mechanical, electronic, electrical, software, chemical, aeronautical, automotive, material, or environmental engineering, aerospace computer science, mechatronics, maths, or physics. They will be a skilled problem-solver with strong numerical and interpersonal skills, and the confidence to champion new initiatives.
