Luxoft is seeking an experienced Software Development Lead to oversee automotive software development in the UK, focusing on Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and broader automotive software development.

This role involves bridging the gap between product teams and stakeholders, ensuring correct translation of product vision into development tasks.

A strong client relationship builder with experience in ADAS technologies is required to facilitate focus groups, user forums, or one-on-one client interviews to inform product strategy and development priorities.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Automotive Software program and project management domain, a strong technical background in Automotive Low-level Software, and experience with planning tools like Ghant charts and Jira.

Salary: £85,000 - £125,000 per annum, depending on experience.
