  • Provide technical guidance to aid the development of new vehicle programmes on the EMA and drive them through technical gateways (EDJ, PRDJ, VSSO) or application equivalent
  • Provide technical guidance in the successful resolution of technical conflicts and issues to achieve the overall product assumptions and vehicle attributes in line with the target costs, weight, commonality, and variety
  • Support Attribute Team Leaders to ensure all technical issues are identified and resolved

Requirements:

  • Experience in technical analysis and demonstration of employing best-in-class processes at a management level in engineering
  • Technical knowledge and proven automotive experience in whole vehicle engineering & architectures, particularly relevant to battery electric vehicles (BEV)
  • Experience of working with Vehicle Attributes, target setting, and target cascade
  • Ability to present technical data/problems concisely to senior stakeholders
  • Experience in leading engineering product delivery using project management techniques
