About the Role:
Aston Martin is seeking a highly skilled Programme Finance Manager to join our Finance Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the financial control of future vehicle programmes, ensuring they are planned and delivered in line with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the financial control of all programmes within a defined car-line.
- Ensure the overall car-line business makes returns in line with Aston Martin's strategic objectives and Business Plan.
- Collaborate with colleagues within Vehicle Programme Finance and other areas of Finance to continually improve Finance processes and deploy best practices.
- Lead a team of 2 analysts, reporting to Senior Manager - Finance Vehicle Life Cycle.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- CIMA/ACCA qualified.
- Managing programmes background.
- Strong relationship management proven experience.
- Previous people management experience in a fast-paced environment.
