Your primary responsibility will be to manage the financial oversight of all programmes within a designated car-line, ensuring that the overall business performance aligns with Aston Martin's strategic vision and operational plans.
This position is not for the faint-hearted; it demands a proactive individual ready to embrace challenges and pursue excellence. You will have the opportunity to influence significant financial decisions, tackle intricate project finance issues, and collaborate within a high-achieving team.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with colleagues in Vehicle Programme Finance and other finance sectors to enhance processes and implement best practices throughout the department. Additionally, you will provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the Vehicle Programme Finance team.
Initially, you will lead a team of two analysts, reporting directly to the Senior Manager - Finance Vehicle Life Cycle.
This position is dynamic and requires an inspiring individual who can engage effectively at all levels, build collaborative relationships, understand internal client needs, and communicate with clarity, regardless of the sensitivity of the subject matter.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong capacity to adapt swiftly and effectively to resolve various challenges while prioritizing time and resources appropriately.
Key Qualifications:
- CIMA/ACCA certification
- Experience in Programme Management
- Proven expertise in relationship management
- Previous experience in people management within a fast-paced environment
As part of a dedicated team, you will report to the Senior Manager – Finance Operations. Given the sensitive nature of the projects, your presence in the office is essential for liaising with internal clients. A commitment to working from the office at least two days per week is expected.
