We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Executive Director, Vehicle Programmes. This is a critical role that requires a high level of flexibility, discretion, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Executive Director's diary, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Provide administrative support, including email management, document preparation, and data entry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, business partners, and internal teams.
- Assist with departmental communications, including drafting and editing reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Collaborate with the Business Office Manager to optimize the efficiency and impact of Vehicle Programmes.
- Proven experience in executive-level administrative support, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
