Lead and develop a team of Business Development Managers and Sales Executives to drive sales and secure deals with partners.
Foster a positive sales culture rooted in trust, integrity and compliance, while optimizing sales processes and systems.Facilitate effective communication between the sales team and both internal and external stakeholders, working closely with senior leadership.
Define and monitor key sales metrics, analyze performance data, and derive actionable insights to enhance sales and partner onboarding.
Mentor and coach the sales team and the broader organization, staying informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and new technologies.
