My client is an award-winning financial technology company with offices globally. They are growing rapidly and have seen substantial transformation following a significant round of funding.

Their goal is to leverage technology to deliver essential financial risk management solutions in a way that is easy for businesses to understand and use.

Lead and develop a team of Business Development Managers and Sales Executives to drive sales and secure deals with partners.

Foster a positive sales culture rooted in trust, integrity and compliance, while optimizing sales processes and systems.
Facilitate effective communication between the sales team and both internal and external stakeholders, working closely with senior leadership.

Define and monitor key sales metrics, analyze performance data, and derive actionable insights to enhance sales and partner onboarding.

Mentor and coach the sales team and the broader organization, staying informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and new technologies.

Develop and communicate a clear sales process to guide stakeholders and ensure focused achievement.

Proven experience in a sales leadership role with a history of driving sales growth and acquiring new business, ideally in the FinTech sector.
