Job Title: Head of Sales Performance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales Performance to join our team at D&D London. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and improving sales performance across our diverse portfolio of venues.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for the luxury dining industry to take on a challenging and rewarding role. You will work closely with our Sales Director to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance across all venues.
  • Lead and manage the private dining and events sales strategy, focusing on driving high-value bookings and maximizing revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with restaurant management teams to ensure seamless execution of large events and provide a world-class dining experience tailored to client needs.
  • Align sales strategies with ongoing marketing initiatives to ensure a consistent message across all customer touchpoints.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team on where to focus efforts based on sales data and trends.
  • Provide detailed reporting on sales performance, including KPIs, revenue targets, and event bookings, to the Sales Director and senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior sales role, ideally within the luxury hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of sales dynamics, especially in relation to high-end dining and private events.
  • Experience working in a competitive market with the ability to implement aggressive sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset, with experience working alongside marketing teams to drive sales growth.
  • Analytical and results-focused, with proficiency in using sales data to inform decisions.
