Job Title: Head of Sales Performance

Sinclair is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales force in the UK, driving growth and excellence in our Aesthetic portfolio.

As Head of Sales Performance, you will be responsible for guiding a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives, leveraging your expertise in territory management, sales force leadership, and business development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing regional and national business plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Leading, managing, and coaching the national sales team to meet sales and activity objectives
  • Collaborating with UK teams to provide balanced feedback on campaigns and processes
  • Providing strategic input to senior management to enhance sales processes and improve performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Recent experience in consultative sales and management in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Experience in the aesthetic industry, ideally with injectables and Electrical Based Devices (EBD)
  • Previous experience in team leadership and management
  • Proven ability to manage, coach, and implement strategies across a sales force
