Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance across all venues.
- Lead and manage the private dining and events sales strategy across all sites, focusing on driving high-value bookings and maximizing revenue.
- Collaborate closely with restaurant management teams to ensure seamless execution of large events, offering a world-class dining experience tailored to client needs.
- Align sales strategies with ongoing marketing initiatives, ensuring a consistent message across all customer touchpoints.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team on where to focus efforts based on sales data and trends.
- Mentor and lead junior sales staff, providing guidance on proactive sales techniques, client management, and event booking.
- Foster a culture of high performance and accountability within the sales team, ensuring everyone is aligned with the broader company goals.
- Proven experience in a senior sales role, ideally within the luxury hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of sales dynamics, especially in relation to high-end dining and private events.
- A track record of successfully driving revenue growth and improving the performance of underperforming venues.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Collaborative mindset, with experience working alongside marketing teams to drive sales growth.
- Analytical and results-focused, with proficiency in using sales data to inform decisions.
