The Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team at BMS Tech Sales. As the Head of Commercial Accounts, you will be responsible for leading a team of 6 Account Managers, with the power to grow this team immediately. Your primary objective will be to ensure the team meets its target of ~£1m, while also supporting the sales team on client meetings and driving MRR and ARR growth.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a proven track record in the SaaS space, with experience working in a fast-paced environment and scaling sales teams. Previous success as an Individual Contributor before making the transition to leadership is a must. If you have a passion for driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams, we want to hear from you.

* Home-based contract with travel covered, 2-3 days a week in office
