This is a critical position that plays a vital role in representing and promoting Insignia Group of Companies' exclusive premium financial services and luxury lifestyle management products to UHNW clients and businesses.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement a sales department strategy to ensure consistent sales volume growth and create a productive sales environment.
- Represent and promote the company's brand on the European market of financial and luxury services.
- Participate in international sales activities as a key member of the International Sales Management team.
- Plan and execute sales in the UK and internationally.
- Create a high-quality client portfolio in terms of quantity and quality.
- Contribute to developing and implementing a sales model/concept for the UK as part of the International Sales activities and plans.
- Elaborate a sales and marketing approach for the region and develop sales channels in liaison with the International Sales and Marketing teams.
- Define and manage sales budgets.
- Develop relationships with corporate partners and sales agents in the region.
- Manage and guide the sales department's activity.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
- Define learning needs for sales staff, establish areas of development, and establish a training program.
- Develop regulating documents (instructions, rules) for the sales department aligned with the International Sales team.
- Ensure effective collaboration between sales staff and other company departments.
- Cooperate with all company units to aid business and organizational development.
- Proven track record of successful Sales team creation and elaboration of Sales Systems.
- Proven track record in dealing and working with HNW clients, UHNW clients, and private banks.
- Strong links with luxury and financial markets.
- Excellent negotiation and people management skills.
- Self-driven, ambitious, results-oriented, with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
