You will work closely with our Sales Director to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance across all venues.
- Lead and manage the private dining and events sales strategy, focusing on driving high-value bookings and maximizing revenue.
- Collaborate closely with restaurant management teams to ensure seamless execution of large events and provide a world-class dining experience tailored to client needs.
- Align sales strategies with ongoing marketing initiatives to ensure a consistent message across all customer touchpoints.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team on where to focus efforts based on sales data and trends.
- Provide detailed reporting on sales performance, including KPIs, revenue targets, and event bookings, to the Sales Director and senior leadership.
- Proven experience in a senior sales role, ideally within the luxury hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of sales dynamics, especially in relation to high-end dining and private events.
- Experience working in a competitive market with the ability to implement aggressive sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Collaborative mindset, with experience working alongside marketing teams to drive sales growth.
- Analytical and results-focused, with proficiency in using sales data to inform decisions.
