Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, tailored to the UK financial services market, to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, expanding Aveni's presence in the financial services industry.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent and effective lead generation, qualification, and closing processes.
