As Head of Sales Performance, you will be responsible for guiding a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives, leveraging your expertise in territory management, sales force leadership, and business development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing regional and national business plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Leading, managing, and coaching the national sales team to meet sales and activity objectives
- Collaborating with UK teams to provide balanced feedback on campaigns and processes
- Providing strategic input to senior management to enhance sales processes and improve performance
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Recent experience in consultative sales and management in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Experience in the aesthetic industry, ideally with injectables and Electrical Based Devices (EBD)
- Previous experience in team leadership and management
- Proven ability to manage, coach, and implement strategies across a sales force
