The Role
The Groups Administrator supports the management of the groups reservations process between the stages of a signed contract to operational delivery before arrival. This role liaises with clients to ensure all needs are anticipated and catered for before arrival at the hotel, including briefing the operations team for their management from time of arrival at the hotel. This is a maternity cover role, and may support all hotels within the group.
