- One of the UK’s top Accountancy Firms are seeking a Group Risk Administrator to join their team._

A leading UK multidisciplinary professional services firm are seeking a Group Risk Administrator to support the Corporate Employee Benefit Consultants and Clients in the ongoing servicing of existing clients and the processing of new business, whilst striving to exceed expectations to ensure clients receive a consistent, high level of service and support.

**Reporting directly into the Consultants, the Group Risk Administrator will**:

- Ensure a clear audit trail is maintained for all client records
- Ensure timely delivery of employee benefits scheme processing for group risk, group private medical insurance and other schemes/policies in accordance with the agreed service and quality standards
- Provide administrative support for new and existing clients and schemes
- Manage annual renewal and market reviews for all existing group risk schemes and healthcare schemes
- Prioritise and process group risk claims and healthcare claims queries and keep client and consultant up to date with progress
- Ensure compliance documents are accurate and up to date
- Organise and prepare for client meetings
- Complete follow up actions from client meetings in line with instructions from Consultant, liaising with both client, insurer/provider as required
- Check and issue Policy Documentation
- Provide new business quotations for group risk and healthcare schemes
- Process Joiners, Leavers and answer client queries on group risk and healthcare schemes
- Issue invoices and updates to clients
- Draft proposition documents, reports and presentations for consultants
- Provide feedback to consultants, keeping them up to date
- Undertake project activity to ensure the efficient running of the office e.g. streamlining processes and documents, create framework for checking work.
- Ensure templates/documents are updated and in the right place, workflow management.
- Dealing with client queries, taking the appropriate action to ensure the query is dealt with in a timely and effective manner
- Inputting and ongoing maintenance of data on internal systems ensuring the information is accurate and up to date
- Monitoring own workflow and assisting colleagues where required
- Liaise with other departments, offices and colleagues in a polite and professional manner
- Dealing with fee and commission enquiries
- Provide support to the Client Support Supervisor when needed.

**As the Group Risk Administrator you must have**:

- Experience within a similar role
- Data management skills
- Analytical thinking
- Good organisation and prioritisation skills
- Time management
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred qualifications: Financial Services, Regulation and Ethics (R01), Healthcare Insurance Products (IF7), Group Risk (GR1)

In return the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £32,000 with a generous benefit package.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
