**Description**

As our Group Administrator, you’ll be the first point of call for all assistant and administrative duties for our Global Brand Director, leadership team, Support Office teams and Franchise Partners, where you'll be responsible for all administrative duties, travel arrangements and managing property leases across the UK. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation, coordinating meetings and events. If you have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel
- arrangements for Directors and Senior Management.
- Organise Company events as and when directed.
- Organise and maintain office files and documents, ensuring they are easily
- accessible to staff members.
- Facilitate effective communication within the office by taking minutes, distributing memos
- and other important information.
- Provide administrative support to the office staff, including drafting and
- in a timely manner.
- Assist in managing franchise property leases, including lease
- administration, renewals, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with landlords and franchisees on property-related matters,
- providing guidance and support.
- Maintain accurate records of franchise property documentation, contracts,
- and lease agreements.
- Assist with the administration of franchise agreements, ensuring
- compliance with franchise policies and procedures.
- Support the onboarding process of new franchisees, providing guidance
- and assistance with property-related requirements.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to facilitate property
- maintenance and repairs.
- Provide administrative support to franchise owners and Operation
- Serve as the main point of contact for franchise owners, answering
- inquiries and providing timely resolutions to their concerns.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of franchise-related materials,
- such as training manuals, operational guidelines, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure franchise owners are
- equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administration, diary/travel management property and events management
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Minute taking
- Knowledge of franchise operations is a plus, but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work
