Clinical Administrator

Are you ready for a fulling administration role where you can truly make a difference in the lives of others?

An exciting opportunity is available for a full-time clinical administrator based within our Forward Leeds team at Armley Court. This is a diverse and rewarding role working closely with our clinical team providing clinical admin services, data management and support to the clinical team. The roles will be based at our Seacroft and our city centre hubs, but with an expectation to cover and work across all our 3 sites hubs within Leeds when needed. Experience of using SystmOne is desirable but not essential.

Some of the key duties you will undertake are:
  • Prepare prescriptions strictly adhering to protocol and procedure using SystmOne.
  • Management of daily clinical task and prescription queries through SystmOne.
  • Manage clinical checks to ensure complying to CQC standards.
  • Generate and send GP letters
  • Clinical room checks and stock control and ordering of stock.
  • Manage calibration of on site clinical equipment.
