Role Overview:
As a Healthcare Administrative Coordinator, you will assist the Service Support Lead with various administrative responsibilities, which include but are not limited to:
  • Data Management: Inputting and maintaining accurate data in clinical databases.
  • Documentation: Typing clinical correspondence and managing incoming referrals.
  • Communication: Responding to inquiries from patients and staff via telephone and email.
  • Patient Records: Ensuring patient information is accurately maintained on the electronic patient record system, including scanning and attaching relevant documents.
  • Reception Duties: Providing general reception and administrative support to the team.
  • Clinic Coordination: Assisting with the organization and publication of clinic schedules.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following:
  • GCSE English and Maths or equivalent qualifications.
  • Relevant secretarial training or experience.
  • Proficient typing skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience working with databases.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Confidence to work independently after training.
