Senior Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administration Coordinator to join our team at Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our programme leads, ensuring the smooth operation of our Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism Collaborative Programme.
Key Responsibilities- Meeting Support: Prepare for and support meetings, including minute-taking, agenda setting, and action logging.
- Diary Management: Organize meetings with external stakeholders, utilizing your initiative to identify contacts and ensure effective communication.
- Documentation: Prepare and amend documentation, including terms of reference and meeting papers, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Procurement: Assist with the procurement process, ensuring purchase orders are raised and correct procedures are followed.
- Clerical Systems: Maintain robust clerical systems, including risk registers, Oracle order trackers, and Outlook contact groups and meeting invites.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Support the organization and delivery of stakeholder events, both online and in-person, across our Humber & North Yorkshire area.
