We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Administration Assistant. This is a part-time position for a fixed term of 12 months, working closely with our programme leads to ensure effective administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to programme leads, including diary management, meeting preparation, and minute-taking.
- Organize and prepare meetings, including agenda setting, note-taking, and action logging.
- Assist with the procurement process, ensuring purchase orders are raised and correct procedures are followed.
- Maintain robust clerical systems, including risk registers, Oracle order tracker, and Outlook contact groups.
- Respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the organization and delivery of stakeholder events, both online and in-person.
