About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Administration Assistant. This is a part-time position for a fixed term of 12 months, working closely with our programme leads to ensure effective administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to programme leads, including diary management, meeting preparation, and minute-taking.
  • Organize and prepare meetings, including agenda setting, note-taking, and action logging.
  • Assist with the procurement process, ensuring purchase orders are raised and correct procedures are followed.
  • Maintain robust clerical systems, including risk registers, Oracle order tracker, and Outlook contact groups.
  • Respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the organization and delivery of stakeholder events, both online and in-person.

Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of the Humber and North Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, and Autism Programme.
  • Advanced keyboard skills, including RSA/OCR III or equivalent/Advanced ECDL.
  • Literate and numerate.
  • Experience organizing, preparing for, and supporting meetings.
  • Experience of preparing agendas and papers, writing minutes, noting, and monitoring the completion of actions.
  • Experience of using a range of IT systems, including Microsoft Office applications and MS Teams.
