About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated administrative assistant to join our Patient and Carer Experience Team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, contributing to the day-to-day processes and procedures.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of the Complaints and Feedback process.
  • Assist with the day-to-day administration of the Patient and Carer Experience Team.
  • Support the Friends and Family Test feedback process.

Requirements

  • 4 or more GCSEs, grade C or above, including English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • A Level/BTEC Diploma/NVQ3/Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard/Framework in Business Administration/Customer Service or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of departmental and administrative procedures and systems.
