Clinical Administrator

Are you seeking a fulfilling administrative position where your contributions can significantly impact the well-being of others?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Clinical Administrator within our Forward Leeds team. This role is both diverse and rewarding, as you will collaborate closely with our clinical team to deliver essential administrative services, manage data, and provide support. The position will primarily be based at our various hubs, with the expectation to cover all locations as needed. Familiarity with SystmOne is advantageous but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare prescriptions in strict accordance with established protocols and procedures using SystmOne.
  • Oversee daily clinical tasks and prescription inquiries through SystmOne.
  • Conduct clinical checks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Generate and dispatch correspondence to general practitioners.
  • Perform clinical room inspections and manage inventory control and ordering.
  • Ensure proper calibration of on-site clinical equipment.
