The Head of Customer Engagement (Cloud & Business Transformation) will lead a team and manage customer interactions concerning our Cloud Architecture, API Management, Finance Systems, Planning, and Business/Digital Transformation initiatives.
This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of technology and finance, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving successful customer outcomes.
Leadership and Strategy:
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer and prospect engagement across Cloud Architecture, API Management, Finance Systems, Planning, and Business Transformation.
Provide visionary leadership to the customer and prospect engagement team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align customer engagement strategies with overall company goals and objectives.
Customer Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Lead customer engagement efforts, including presentations, workshops, and consultations, to understand and address customer challenges.
Develop strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor on Cloud Architecture, APIs, Finance Systems, Planning, and Business Transformation.
Cloud Architecture and APIs:
Oversee the design, implementation, and optimisation of cloud architecture for People First, Analytics and Finance.
Guide customers in the integration and utilisation of APIs to enhance system interoperability and functionality, to reduce the Total Cost of Ownership
Finance Systems and Planning:
Lead initiatives to improve and transform customer finance systems, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. Leading out with MS Dynamics
Drive the adoption of advanced planning tools and methodologies to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities.
Business & Digital Transformation:
Partner with customers to identify and implement business transformation opportunities that drive efficiency, innovation, and growth.
Work with partners such as EY to bring in business transformation models.
Provide expert advice on best practices and industry trends in business transformation.
Own and deliver customer vertical blueprints.
Team Management:
Build and lead a high-performing customer engagement team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and solutions.
