Position: Customer Engagement Specialist
Halmer Recruit is currently seeking several dedicated Customer Engagement Specialists to join our expanding team. This position is well-suited for candidates with experience in telephone communication or those moving from retail leadership roles into a corporate environment.
Role Overview:
- Manage both incoming and outgoing communications utilizing a dialler system to discuss financial arrangements
- Interact with clients through live chat support
- Facilitate payment processing and negotiate terms as necessary
- Conduct basic financial assessments and provide assistance to clients facing economic challenges
- Maintain accurate records and update account information in our systems
- Address customer inquiries, resolve disputes, and identify clients in vulnerable situations
Candidate Profile:
- Dependable, diligent, and trustworthy
- Personable with excellent communication skills
- Strong background in customer service
- Prior experience in a telephone-based role is a plus
Successful candidates will become part of a team of skilled credit professionals committed to delivering outstanding service and performance, particularly in areas such as Collections, Client Services, Management Information Systems Reporting, and Compliance.
