Essential skills:
- 7+ years of relevant industry experience
- Proven experience in designing and launching new customer propositions using data driven approaches to design and run market trials
- Specific experience in designing and/or managing a digitally enabled customer engagement loyalty program
- Experience in change management programs and stakeholder engagement
- Strong retail knowledge and experience
- Commercial P&L management
- Excellent soft skills, including stakeholder management, leadership, presentation skills, workshop design and facilitation, and storytelling
Bonus points:
- Background in behavioral science
- Expertise in communication, advertising, and media
- Multidisciplinary design experience
- Familiarity with customer engagement technology, including:
- Customer Data Platforms (i.e. Tealium)
