Our Customer Success function drives our customer engagement, reinforcing education, and developing overall customer satisfaction. It will require close working relationships with our sales functions including Account Managers to increase the overall engagement levels, as well as driving additional revenue through the customer base.

A technical role providing consultation to the Customer Success team, resolving customer technical issues that can be resolved within pre-determined parameters, ensuring they have a good MHR experience. Provides leadership and advice and guidance to the customer and MHR team. Responsible for working with Professional Services teams to provide customer estimates where required for chargeable work. Provides leadership and advice and guidance to application specialists. Works closely with product design to develop software solutions and provide customer feedback. To work with Project Managers in the development of project plans. Regular reporting metrics to the management team on progress. Monitor software and resolve issues within SLA’S. To constantly look to enhance the build inline with new functionality in the software. To provide support to departmental colleagues and other departments as demanded by the business. To continually identify and drive additional commercial opportunities and ensure others are doing likewise. To manage revenue and customer satisfaction targets in line with company expectations. Deliver product specific demonstrations ensuring that these are delivered professionally and to requirements To be a champion for change and actively promote the “One MHR” programme.

Skills:

Exemplary customer service skills are essential, as you will be the primary point of contact and to foster trust in our services. Proficient questioning skills are crucial to accurately understand client needs and internal stakeholders. In-depth product knowledge is vital for effectively promoting our services and products. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to convey information clearly and professionally.  Effective presentation skills are required for delivering impactful presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
