Job Overview:

FalconSmartIT is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a cohesive framework of applications, integrations, data, security, SLAs, workflows, and processes to support our global ServiceNow landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Implement ServiceNow Solutions: Work with our clients to design and modify a cohesive framework of applications, integrations, data, security, SLAs, workflows, and processes in support of a global ServiceNow landscape spanning numerous instances.
• Service Portal Design: Design and implement Service Portal solutions, often in support of custom applications.
• ServiceNow Scripting: Develop hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rule, Script includes, Fix scripts, workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, and Email Inbound.
• Integration and API Development: Develop REST and SOAP-based integration and scripted REST and SOAP API creation experience.
• Technical Governance and Solution Reviews: Lead technical governance boards and solution reviews.
• End-to-End Solution Design: Design end-to-end solutions to customer requirements.
• Custom Application Development and Migration: Provide support for custom application development and migration.
• Virtual Agent Configuration and Development: Support Virtual Agent configuration and development.
• ServiceNow Mobile App Development: Develop experience in ServiceNow Mobile app development.
• ServiceNow Module Experience: Worked on at least 3 of ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITBM modules.
• Advanced Knowledge of CSDM and CMDB: Advanced knowledge of CSDM and CMDB.
• Integration Hub and Flow Designer: Knowledge of integration Hub and flow designer is a must.
• ServiceNow Best Practices: Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices, Custom apps, App Engine, and PA.
• Active CTA/CMA: Active CTA/CMA is mandatory.

Requirements:

• ServiceNow Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience with ServiceNow required.
• Certifications: At least 2 of the below required along with an Active CTA or CMA:
• CIS – ITSM certification preferred
• Certified Application Developer (ServiceNow) preferred
• CIS – Risk and Compliance certification preferred
• CIS – Human Resources certification preferred
• CIS – Risk and Compliance certification preferred
• CIS – CSM certification preferred
• CIS – Security Incident Response certification preferred
• CIS – Vulnerability Response certification preferred
• ITIL Framework: Thorough understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITIL Foundations certification preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Excellent collaboration skills, including analysis, brainstorming, communication, teamwork. Self-starter and innovator with a willingness to lead.
