Are you ready to take on a pivotal role that drives growth and impacts the future of our Private Sector business? As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of achieving ambitious annual sales targets by delivering new business revenue from prospective clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To deliver contract revenues as agreed within the Company’s Business plan and as agreed within the Commission scheme and individual sales targets.
Skills:
A collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal skills. Commercially savvy, with a refined, professional demeanor. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Sharp attention to detail, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. A background in software solutions, with a proven track record of closing high-level business deals. Deep knowledge of the Payroll and Human Resources market. A history of success in application/solution and service sales. Ability to self-generate and manage a pipeline with ample coverage to hit targets. Skilled in creating and shaping opportunities with new prospects using a consultative approach.
