We have an exciting, varied and busy role working for a global client. they require administrative support and coordination across their finance and sales functions.


You will report into the UK Finance Accountant and will assist with customer account administration, credit management, salesforce administration, assisting with tender submissions and general sales support. This role will have a 60:40 split across finance and sales and requires a good level of Excel including vLookups, Pivot Tables, a good general knowledge of MS Office, good communication skills both written and verbal.


Finance Administration

  • Processing new account applications
  • A knowledge of accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconciliations and invoice disputes resolution
  • Administration of bad debt and assisting in evaluating credit risks


Sales Support

  • Keeping customer information up to date and recorded correctly
  • Administration of completed forms and contracts
  • Manage storage of company policies, certifications for tender submissions
  • Assist the sales team with tender submissions
  • Administration of Salesforce and Salesforce reporting and ad hoc reporting


Skills Required:

  • Good company administration skills including bookkeeping and accounts management
  • An understanding of credit control
  • Good MS Office including pivot tables a vLookups in Excel
  • Organised, commercially aware and resilient
  • Professional with good presentation skills.
