Lodha UK is developing three of Londons most exquisite residential projects in central London, including No. 1 Grosvenor Square, Lincoln Square and a new project opposite Holland Park.

Lodha Developers UK have aspirations to build a substantial residential development portfolio in London and are actively exploring potential new projects.

No. 1 Grosvenor Square

Situated on Londons grandest square, and just around the corner from Bond Street and Mount Street, No. 1 Grosvenor Square is Lodhas flagship project. It is a superbly designed private residential development, comprising of 42 apartments, and is home to some of the most successful and interesting people from around the world. It includes a 25 metre swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna and steam, treatment rooms, games room and private cinema.

Situated on the east side of Grosvenor Square, the building was formerly the Canadian High Commission and prior to that the US Embassy.

Saint Amand

No.1 Grosvenor Square is managed on behalf of its residents by Lodhas private management company, Saint Amand. The highly trained hospitality team has been brought together from the worlds leading hotels, private members clubs and households.

Role Purpose statement

To always deliver highly professional, warm, discreet and effective residents service, providing not only the warmest and most genuine welcome, but memorable engagement and exceeded expectations with the outstanding service and hospitality.


KeyResponsibilities
Service delivery/quality
  • Recognise, greet and farewell all residents, guests and visitors in a friendly and warm manner using their names when known
  • Deliver complete resident satisfaction, by providing information and services that meet a 5-star experience and exceed residences expectations through the Saint Amand Vision and Philosophies
  • Organise, manage, prepare and serve light refreshments to residents, visitors and business partners as needed
  • Deal with any resident queries and complaints in an efficient manner ensuring a positive outcome. Escalate to your supervisor/manager if required. Always take decisions in favour of the resident
  • Ensure all information provided to residences and colleagues is accurate and updated as appropriate
  • Check arrival and departure reports for all visitors to anticipate and satisfy needs
  • Handle all residence and visitor enquires
  • Assist in the provision of postal and package services for residences
  • Assist residents if needed with light tasks and waste collection
  • Deliver and manage projects and any other reasonable duties as required
  • Ensure the recording and safety of all Residents, BOH, car and pass keys
  • When available and as directed, drive the residents house car and safely deliver all residents to their destination or collect
  • Handle any residence and visitor enquires or contact the correct person on residents behalf
  • To give and receive handover information at the end of shifts, to ensure effective communication for the benefit of residences and colleagues
  • Support other departments when required to do so
  • Attend necessary meetings to ensure efficient and effective communication within the team
  • Coordinate with the 1GSQ Housekeeping Supervisor/ Assistant to maintain cleaning quality standards in all common areas and record residents requests/tasks
  • Carry out ad hoc reasonable requests as directed by your manager
Health and Safety/Compliance
  • Comply with safe working practices as laid down under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Companies Health and Safety policies
  • Be fully conversant with the fire policy and fire panel and what actions to take in case of an activation. Attend statutory trainings when required
  • Be aware and comply with relevant Food Safety Acts
  • Report any defects in the building, plant or equipment according to procedures. Ensure any accidents to colleagues, residents or visitors are reported in accordance with procedures
  • Comply with safe working practices as laid down under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Companies health and safety policies
  • Attend statutory fire training, and to be fully conversant with and abide by all rules concerning fire and health and safety
  • Report all accidents, near misses and hazard to your manager/supervisor to ensure they are dealt with to prevent any injury
  • Ensure any accidents to colleagues, residents or visitors are reported in accordance with procedures
  • Wear any appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) provided or recommended by 1GSQ Management

Qualifications and Experience

  • Only those eligible to work in the UK or have a valid UK work permit/visa will be considered for the above position.
  • Have a minimum of one years experience in a similar position within a luxury hospitality environment
