Job Summary

The Landmark London is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Concierge Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our Concierge team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with local events, attractions, and services to offer expert recommendations to guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and promote internal F&B outlets.
  • Handle guest messages, mail, packages, flowers, and fax with discretion and efficiency.
  • Work a 44-hour week on a shift rota, ensuring excellent service delivery during peak periods.

Requirements

  • Previous 5* hotel experience and a good knowledge of London.
  • Awareness of local activities, restaurants, and events to provide maximum guest service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
