Job Title: Luxury Residential Concierge

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Residential Concierge to join our team at COREcruitment. As a Luxury Residential Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet guests upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Assist guests with their luggage and any other requests, ensuring their needs are met
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand, promoting a positive image and reputation
  • Work closely with the concierge team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Sign in contractors and manage access to the building
  • Provide a 5-star service, exceeding expectations and building strong relationships with residents and guests

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in luxury hotels or residential buildings, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Impeccable level of customer service skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and exceeding expectations
  • Must be well-presented, with flawless communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Strong knowledge of the local area, including restaurants, shops, and attractions
  • Full driving license, with a clean driving record
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
