About the Position

  • Meet and greet residents and guests upon arrival
  • Coordinate and direct contractors, post, deliveries, guest requests, and bookings
  • Assist residents with travel arrangements and bookings
  • Ensure maintenance issues are resolved and reported
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, providing a 5-star service

The Successful Candidate

  • At least 3 years' experience in luxury apartments or hotels
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Strong knowledge of London and the local area
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
