About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Concierge to join our team at a luxury residential building in London. As Assistant Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet guests upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Assist guests with their luggage and any other requests, ensuring their needs are met
  • Act as an ambassador for the building, promoting a positive and professional image
  • Work closely with the concierge team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Sign in contractors and manage access to the building
  • Provide a 5-star service to all residents and guests
Requirements
  • Previous experience in luxury hotels or residential buildings
  • Impeccable level of customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Must be well-presented, with flawless communication skills and a strong knowledge of London and the local area
  • Full driving license, with a strong understanding of road safety and regulations
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results
