Job Title: Assistant Day Concierge, Doorperson

Luxury residential development in the heart of London seeks an exceptional Assistant Day Concierge and Doorperson to provide top-notch service to residents and their guests.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Day Concierge and Doorperson. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming and assisting residents and their guests, managing deliveries, and ensuring the security of the scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist residents and their guests with a professional and sincere warm welcome
  • Maintain impeccable standards of welcoming service, holding doors, assisting with luggage, and calling for taxis
  • Deliver unparalleled level of service in an intuitive and bespoke manner and be an ambassador for the development
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Answer questions and assist clients with reasonable requests
  • Ensure all residents receive fast, efficient, and friendly service
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexible, confident, and approachable
  • Previous experience within a luxury fast-paced environment
  • Must have a Full Clean UK or EU driving license, held for more than 2 years, over the age of 25 for insurance purposes
What We Offer:

Salary - £30,000-£31,700 per annum, depending on experience
