As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless living experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet residents and guests upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Coordinate and direct contractors, post, deliveries, guest requests, and bookings in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist residents with travel arrangements and bookings, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand, promoting a positive and professional image.
  • Provide a 5-star service, exceeding resident expectations and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Requirements:
