Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Concierge to join our team at a Private Residential Apartment building in London. As a Night Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all.

About the Role

  • Meet and greet residents and guests upon arrival
  • Coordinate and direct contractors, post, deliveries, guest requests, and bookings
  • Assist residents with travel arrangements and bookings
  • Ensure maintenance issues are resolved and reported
  • Provide a 5-star service
  • Work a fixed rota of 5 on 2 off followed by 2 on 5 off
  • Salary increases after passing probation

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience in luxury apartments or hotels
  • Excellent communication skills and a well-presented appearance
  • Strong knowledge of London and the local area
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to go the extra mile
